The Tomb of Artaxerxes of Persia is a crypt located in Marvdasht. It is part of the Naqsh-e Rostam necropolis and is the burial place of the Achaemenid king Artaxerxes I. The tomb, carved into the side of a cliff, showcases the splendor and sophistication of Achaemenid Persian architecture.
